| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 12/11/12 Spoke with Gary about the triggered, repeat and temp routine sampling requirements. Gary informed me they are still on a boil water notice and they have yet to connect to the storage tank and hauled water source. Per Scott Curry the triggered source sample requirement will be waived by the state but the repeat and temp routine requirements stand. I relayed this to Gary who informed me they hope to be on the storage tank/hauled water source within a couple of weeks. 1/3/13 Letter sent to system regarding failing to take corrective action following a confirmed Ecoli within the required time frame as outlined in the July 2012 letter to the system.
