| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: System had an ongoing coliform issue last year. System shocked the well after the first confirmed MCL on 7/16/12. They took an additional sample on 7/17/12 that came back non detect. When the system took their temp routines those came back positive so they shocked the system the week of 8/13/12. The 5 temp routines from 9/7/12 all came back non detect and their routine coliform sample on 10/23/12 came back no detect as well. The system received a violation for not turning in a public notice. They sent me a copy and I forwarded it to the state and received the confirmation email. They also had an outstanding violation for not taking a source sample The system did not have a raw sample tap. They did install one last year and took a source sample. The violations have all been returned to compliance. The system score is now 0 ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
