ERP completed and submitted Enabling authority submitted to the state. Written coliform sampling plan created UPDATE: Enabling Authority document submitted by Silas Olson to Mike Perry via email 11/7/12. I contacted Silas on 1/17/13 via email to find out if the other deficiencies have been corrected - waiting for response. 1/24/13 Silas contacted by email and provided a copy of the O&M manual, coliform sampling plan and ERP sign off sheet. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies from the survey have been corrected. | ||
