| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 12/28/12 I spoke with Terry Kersey, wife and explained five confirmation samples need to be collected from the well head today (it is Friday at 2:45 Neilson Research is closed on Monday and Tuesday of next week). I added that if any of the five confirmation samples test positive for Ecoli they need to issue a boil water notice and emailed the template to Terry. 12/31/12 I spoke with Tery and she was insformed by the lab that tall five samples were positive for Ecoli. She says the boil water notice ha been issued. 1/2/13 I drove up to the church to obtain lat/long coordinated from the well and submitted a well evaluation form to the state ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice needs to stand until further notice. State will evaluate the source and advise. | ||
