Details:	SUMMARY: follow up email re: correction of signficant deficieny in survey DETAILS: Emailed Mike Getty because I had not yet heard his acknowledgement of the 18 week deadline to correct significant deficiencies following receipt of the water system survey. There are only 8 weeks (2 months) left now. The survey cover letter stated the corrections must be done (or be on an approved correction schedule) by May 22, 2013. Mike replied that he received the survey, understands the deficiency, and will work on the manual in April. He anticipates having it completed by 4/25/13. ACTION NEEDED: Await written confirmation from the water system that an operation and maintenance manual for Union School has been completed by the deadline (5/22/13).
