| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: System had a score of 33. I want to the facility to do a survey but I wasnt able to reach any one prior to the survey. I went onsite on 12/13, 12/30 and 12/27. I was finally able to reach direct responsible charge (DRC) Teri on 12/27. The owner is an absentee and the DRC usually isnt onsite on Fridays. Teri informed me that 4 trailers have been removed since the previous survey. This brings the total number of connections to 13. System no longer qualifies as an EPA system. I let the operator know the sampling requirements for a non-EPA system. I also let her know that I would not be doing a survey on that date. The system still has a pending plan review for the new well. All of the violations have been removed and the system no longer has a score. ACTION NEEDED: I sent in an inventory update to reflect that the system is no longer a PNC. | ||
