Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies follow up DETAILS: System has now completed their cross connection inspections on 10-5-12 also their 2011 CCR was sent out 3-5-13. Tony has sent these reports into the state. ACTION NEEDED: This corrects all significant deficiences for 9-18-12 water survey.
