| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform in Distribution DETAILS: Victor called as instructed by DMCE. I discussed with Victor the fact that they had total coliform positive in latest Distribution sample. He understands he needs to collect 5 repeat samples as soon as possible (4 from Dist, 1 from source prior to chlorination). I also suggested that in the future they do not label sample location for Dist sample as "well" as this is misleading - sample is taken immediately after pressure tanks prior to entering facility. I also reminded him that they must collect 5 routine for next month (although on quarterly sampling schedule). We also discussed the chlorination system (residual maintenance only) - they will increase dosage. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
