Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate MCL Exceedence DETAILS: The Fairplay Elementary School water system provides drinking and irrigation water to the current tenant of the school building, which is the Corvallis Waldorf School. The school well has nitrate levels exceeding the MCL. The first nitrate level above the MCL was seen in November 2011.The Corvallis SD contacted HBH for assistance with developing a treatment plan for the school water system.Corresponded with school district and treatment equipment manufacturer representative regarding proposal for nitrate removal. ACTION NEEDED: Assist District with an action plan for nitrate treatment.
