Details:	SUMMARY: Assistance with Required CWS Documentation DETAILS: Four Seasons MHP has a groundwater community water system which supplies water to a population of 100 persons. The water system is a mobile home park with technically a single connection.HBH was contacted by Jeff Freund with Deschutes Co. regarding assisting the water system (in conjunction with Smith Rock MHP) with completion of required CWS paperwork.Prepared templates for Annual Report, CCRs, CCC Enabling Legislation, Emergency Response Plan and O&M Manual (with water system SOPs) and met with Gary Triplett on proper way to fill out said documentation. ACTION NEEDED: Meet with Gary Triplett and Deschutes Co. when documents are complete to ensure proper execution.
