| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: Ecoli confirmed in well AA. 4 log disinfection ability was verified by Shelley Stewart and Daniel Hough. I called the system to ensure they were capable of maintaining a minimum of .6ppm chlorine as shown by dpd test kit and recording this amount daily. I left a detailed message as no one answered phone. Drove out to site to contact in person. I spoke with caretaker he had been advised to shoot for 1.0ppm chlorine by Daniel and Shelley. ACTION NEEDED: He was taking samples and recording daily on residual check sheet and will turn it in to the state at the end of the month. | ||
