| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: 2/14/13 Tow of five source confirmation samples collected 2/13/13 positive Ecoli. I spoke with Paul and he is issuing a boil water notice today. 2/15/13 Scott Curry and I verified that the system meets the 4 log inactivation standard with a minimum chlorine residual of 0.2ppm. Paul said he would wait to lift the boil water notice until he had consistent readings of greater than 0.2ppm ACTION NEEDED: State has mandated MPA samples. Paul has contacted Russ K to discuss when to collect the MPA samples. | ||
