Details:	Construction plans were scheduled to be submitted for review by November 20, 2020. DWS staff reached out on 12/29/20 for an update on construction plans. The system responded explaining they had experienced some delays but expect to have plans submitted January 19, 2021. Update 1/25/2021: System contact reached out stating they are working internally to get construction plans submitted and coordinate the associated payment this week. Update: 2/25/2021: System met with DWS staff to discuss project status and delay in construction plan submission. Plans will now be submitted by April 30, 2021 to ensure plans submitted accurately represent proposed actions and incorporate recent changes/alterations. Update 4/20/2021: DWS staff sent reminder email of April 30, 2021 deadline. Update 5/17/2021: DWS staff requested update for overdue item (construction plans) on compliance schedule. Update 5/22/2021: Construction plans were submit on 5/20/21. Update 2/2/2023: DWS reached out to system for an update on complete facility or system start-up" milestone due June 30, 2022 listed on the Compliance and Enforcement Schedule. System notified DWS the Sorrento Project (ASR5) is wrapping up and they are focused on working out kinks and hope to bring both wells online this season. Update 7/18/2023: ASR 5 and the corrosion control facilities were online on 6/1/23. ASR Well #7 went online on 7/13/23.
