| Details: | SUMMARY: Pump controller failure DETAILS: A pump controller failed. Repair did not fix the problem and a new part is on order. The system will not be operational before the end of March. Also, there is no water in the reservoir from which to sample for monthly total coliform analysis. The only way to get a water sample would be to enter the reservoir (confined space). Thus, a total coliform sample will not be submitted for March 2013. The SWTR report will note that the system has been OFF since about March 11. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
