Details: SUMMARY: Failed to collect SOC in 2012 DETAILS: State website only shows four analytes as having been collected. I called Neilson Research. Alec informed me all the SOC analytes were samples in 2012. I contacted Chuck Michael and he removed the violation. ACTION NEEDED: None
