| Details: | SUMMARY: Receipt of survey report and acknowledgement of timeline to correct significant deficiencies DETAILS: I checked again, and Yogi has received the survey report (mailed 2/27/13, I believe). He wrote me an email today stating they will start correcting the items in my survey report as soon as possible. He will notify me when they have them completed. ACTION NEEDED: Await notification of correction of several identified significant deficiencies-- must be completed by July 30, 2013. | ||
