| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive Routine Sample Taken 1/9/13 DETAILS: I received an alert for a total coliform positive routine sample taken 1/9/13 at 1307 No Franklin St. I contacted Ben Davis and provided him with the OERS number (1-800-452-0311) should the repeat samples test results are positive. All 3 repeat samples taken 1/10/13 were all absent of coliform bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
