| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Colform MCL for Sept 2012 DETAILS: System was instructed to issue Tier 2 public notice for the initial 2 positive routine samples taken 9/11/12. 1 of the 5 repeat samples taken Sept 18th was also total coliform postive. Two follow-up samples taken 9/24/12 were both absent of total coliform bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: System to issue Tier 2 public notice for total coliform MCL in September 2012. Violation should also be included in the CY2012 CCR. | ||
