| Details: | SUMMARY: 3rd quarter 2012 Stage 2 DBP monitoring DETAILS: Andy called to indicate that due to internal laboratory issues, the District was unable to complete the analysis for HAA5 on the required 8 samples collected on 8/8/12 (the specified month for Stage 2 monitoring by DWS), within the required holding time requirement. I indicated that Rockwood will need to re-collect samples for HAA5 right away, and have results forwarded to DWS for the 3rd qtr sample period. ACTION NEEDED: District to provide lab documentation to DWS regarding the initial 8/8/12 HAA5 samples and forward re-sample results to DWS so that DWS may gather data to determine running annual averages at each of the respective 8 locations after 4 quarters of Stage 2 data have been submitted. | ||
