Details:	Operator contacted us to reduce Tetrachloroethylene sampling from annual to every 3 years. Samples have been above the Alert level (0.0005) but below the MCL (0.005). They need 3 consecutive annual samples below the alert level and a waiver to reduce sampling. OAR 333-061-0036 (3)(b)(D)(i)(II)
