| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non-Complier (PNC) DETAILS: This system was added to the inventory in 2009 and has not yet completed their initial monitoring for chemical contaminants and has accrued many non/late reporting violations for SOC and lead and copper. I reviewed their current testing data and adjusted the chemical monitoring schedule. I contacted the system operator Kyle by phone and also sent him letter outlining the changes. Update: they took a round of SOCs in September 2012 and all associated violations were returned to compliance. 1/25/13 The system had a positive coliform back in July 2012 and again in August. They have since made repairs and had their storage tank inspected and cleaned. They have collected the required triggered source samples are dare current with routine coliform monitoring. I sent their public notice to the state via email on 1/11/13 and a request to return to compliance existing violations on 1/25/13 ACTION NEEDED: 2/1/13 All MCL violations returned to compliance. System no longer a PNC | ||
