| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non-Complier (PNC) DETAILS: Email sent 12/20/13: I was reviewing the system and looks like a few steps with the system has fallen through the cracks. So to be in compliance we need the system to: Take triggered sample from steel tank well. Write an explanatory note to the state asking them to change the type f sample from Sept 5, called Redwood Well to triggered. Issue attached public notice and send a copy back to me. The Redwood Tank distribution system does need a nitrate before the end of the year also. ACTION NEEDED: 2/5/13 All items required to complete have been addressed and the system has been returned to compliance as of today | ||
