| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly RAD monitioring DETAILS: Update: First round of RADs sampled on 11/115/12 and reported on 12/19/12. Waiting for violation to return to compliance. RAD results in state website is appling for reduction of sampling thru Springfield. The sample has been mislabeled EP-A but Mr. Mathews has provided a letter asking the sample be changed to reflect the correct EP. EP-A is inactive, EP-B is the active well. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample RADs on a quarterly basis | ||
