| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance DETAILS: Repeat samples on 1/15/13 were negative for total coliform but eh triggered source sample was positive. Steve directed me to Dan of Oregon Water Services the contractor managing testing and correction of the system. Dan stated the firm has chlorinated the well and will collect a sample from the source after chlorine has been flushed. A public notice will be posted and a copy submitted with 30 days of the alert date. The system has decided to install a chlorinator and is preparing to begin plan review with the state. Dan will collect 5 routine samples in February. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice within 30 days of alert and collect 5 routine samples in February. | ||
