| Details: | SUMMARY: Correction of significant deficiencies DETAILS: Follow up for corrections of deficiencies noted during August 7, 2012 survey. No screen on well casing vent, not operable raw sample tap and no coliform sampling plan. Sat with Tammy and developed basic coliform sampling plan for routine and repeat sampling. Umpqua research does all their sampling. Keep this plan available fro reference. A raw sample tap has been installed between well discharge and valve in well house a screed has been inserted into vent casing. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
