| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeats DETAILS: 3 of 4 repeats following 1/31/13 positive routine. Well source sample absent. Spoke with Phil and they suspect some algae growth in the storage tanks. System will physically clean tanks then chlorinate and flush. 5 temp routines can act as verification samples to ensure corrective action worked. ACTION NEEDED: Clean, chlorinate and flush and take verification samples. Theses can be one or more of 5 temp routines required during February. Distribute public notice to residents and get copy to this office. If all 5 temp routines absent can go back to 1 quarter. | ||
