Details: SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: System received violation for no 2012 nitrate for well #2 (EP=B). Called jerry and we think the sample was actually from well #2 but mislabeled as well #1 by the lab because well #1 is only a back up well and wan not used in 2012. System had already taken 2013 sample , 1/9/13 for EP-B and showing on state website. No annual nitrate needed for well #1 unless it is used during the year. ACTION NEEDED: Continued annual nitrate sampling for any well used during the year,. Discuss violation on CCR and that samples may have been mislabeled.
