| Details: | SUMMARY: Ground Water Rule (GWR) violation follow up DETAILS: System violated GWR with no annual raw source assessment sample. System uses one of their own wells and purchases water from avion. Discussed with Steve and Michelle e and violation for SRC CA has been removed since this is an interie for purchased water. For SRC BA however Steve will pull an annual assessment sample ASAP and submit results. ACTION NEEDED: Submit source assessment ASAP and continue to take and submit annually. | ||
