| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Phone contact with operator, Maria on 1/15/13 about positive repeat coliform sample on 1/14/13. Assistance with posting public notice was provided and a copy of the notice is provided with this contact report. We discussed shock chlorinating the well, handouts were emailed to the operator.
