| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate result at 9.42 mg/l for sample date 1/16/13 DETAILS: I contacted Mary and she indicated the system had a power outage/surge just before the sample was taken. The outage cause the treatment unit to stop working. The unit had to be reset to start functioning again. The system sampled a week later with the treatment unit operating again and the results were 1.09mg/l. This falls in line with most of the sample results from 2012. The system is currently on quarterly sampling but is sampling monthly to ensure effectiveness of the treatment. The system will qualify to go back to annual later this year. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor and follow up as needed. | ||
