| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive routine sample DETAILS: Spoke with Howard. Was not aware of positive sample. He had taken 2 samples that day - one from the well and one from the distribution. Thought there may have been a mix up on the sample bottles. Went over follow up sampling requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
