| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 2/27/13 DETAILS: David called this office to find out what was needed since one of five samples were total coliform positive. I let him know they will need to take a sample at the source. He indicated they are on the back up well and not on the springs. I let him know to take a source sample at the well and 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I let him know that 5 samples will be needed in March. If any of the follow up repeat samples they will need to redistribute a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond as necessary | ||
