| Details: | SUMMARY: Requested DRC form DETAILS: I called and left a message for Tony Ashcroft informing him that DWS has not received a DRC form for his water system. I stated that Nathan Rogers told Max Hamblin or Crook County that he had given the form to Mr. Ashcroft. I asked for confirmation, and if this was true, a faxed copy of the form. If Mr. Ashcroft did not receive the form, then I informed him that we need the form or DWS will have to take further steps to achieve compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Await response from Mr. Ashcroft. | ||
