| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 12/28/12 DETAILS: Toyne emailed me 1/3/13 asking me what they needed to do for follow up sampling. I let him know they need to take a source sample at the well and 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also asked him to check on the well head in case there was flooding in the well house. The top of the well case is very low to the ground and has been subject to flooding in the past. Toyne said they had not raised the well case and were saving money to make improvements. He said that he would check and they plan to raise the case as ell as replace the pressure tank. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond as necessary | ||
