| Details: | SUMMARY: Mcl repeat coliform positive 2/19/13 DETAILS: I called and spoke with Meg to let her know a repeat sample was positive for coliform. She has a copy of the public notice that she can update. I let her know to please provide a copy for the state and this office. She said she was going to get fisher pump out to perform some maintenance to on UV device. I let her know to be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples for March. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. Monitor follow up samples and respond as necessary | ||
