Details: SUMMARY: Investigation of violation # 902674341 DETAILS: I called Dave Coverstone about failure to do coliform sampling for January. He said that the change of ownership may have had something to do with the failure to sample. I asked him to have the lab sample for coliform right away. ACTION NEEDED: monitor & RTC
