| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: I spoke with Warren Weathers on 2/22/13. He wanted to let our department know they are working on a new treatment system for the well. He said he is aware that water samples are due by the end of the month but that nothing has changed with their system. He knows the test will be positive for coliform and would like to delay the test to save some money. I let him know that a violation would be issued for temporary samples not submitted. Katrinka Chapek had informed him of the sample thing on 2/6/13. I reminded him that a plan review would be required for a new treatment system. ACTION NEEDED: Notice needs to be posted. A copy of the notice needs to be sent to this office. Plan review required prior to installation of new treatment system. | ||
