| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation review DETAILS: 12/14/12 operator questioned this violation because she did take source samples but they got reported as repeats. I emailed Chuck M and asked him to change the sample type and remove the violation. Chuck said he had done so. 3/4/13 I checked data online and the violation was still on there. I emailed Chuck again and he said he removed it today. ACTION NEEDED: Violation removed | ||
