| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to positive coliform DETAILS: Alert was generated for positive repeats. An alert for the original positive routine was never generate. I called Chuck M and left a message asking why. I contacted the operator and he said they hadnt done any work on the system. All of the repeats came back positive. He said they hired a company to come out and shock the well. He said thy posted a public notice. I asked him to send ma a copy and told him I would forward it to Portland. They are providing bottled water and have turned off most of the faucets in the building, I told him this was not required. Explained that t5 temporary routines are to be taken sometime in April ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
