System was required to start quarterly monitoring last quarter, 4th quarter of 2012. Level was 5.3 at that time. ACTION NEEDED: System will continue to monitor for nitrate quarterly. Review full year of quarterly monitoring to determine if they can go back to annual monitoring. | ||
