| Details: | SUMMARY: Inspection schedule for nitrates after MCL violation DETAILS: Facility had an MCL violation on nitrate. We had them do a follow up sample which was 3.98. We are increasing their nitrate sampling to quarterly to fine out why there is such a discrepancy in their reporting values. Returned to compliance 3/18/13 ACTION NEEDED: Change inspedtion schedule for nitrate. | ||
