| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation follow up DETAILS: System did not submit nitrate sample for 2012. Checked with Mitch and lab to see if sample was taken. Appears as if it was just forgotten. System is often inaccessible due to snow and difficult to get samples. Discussed need to nitrate annually along with 4 quarterly coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Take nitrate ASAP with 1st quarter nitrate to get back on track. 3/14/13 Nitrate taken | ||
