| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to coliform repeat DETAILS: I spoke with John via phone. He was aware that there was coliform present in one of the repeat samples that he had submitted. I informed him he needed to post a notice and fax a copy of it to LCEH to put on file. I informed him he needed to let us know how he was going to fix the problem and that he would need to do 5 temporary samples in March 2013, one from the well and 4 from the distribution. John was not sue why the sample tested positive but said that he would get to the bottom of it and submit the samples as needed in March. He already has a notice written up and will post it immediately. He has already contacted all that use the water system via phone. ACTION NEEDED: Post notice. A copy of the notice needs to be sent to LCEH Coliform issue needs to be addressed. 5 temporary samples need to be submitted 1/2013. Waiting for results. | ||
