| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform detections on repeats DETAILS: Contacted Adam and he is off until April 1st was referred to the following people Debra Wilson 253-405-3036 and informe her of the detections. All 4 samples including the well sample have coliform detections. I instructed Deborah to have the well disinfected and flushed provide public notice and to take 5 temporary routine samples in April from the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on April routines. | ||
