Details: SUMMARY: RAD violation DETAILS: I spoke with Mark about the missing quarterly RADs. The system has one round all non detect of RADs done already. Mark apologized for missing the monitoring and said he would have it done next week. Follow up on routine quarterly RAE monitoring look for 4the quarter 2012. Hs returned to compliance at state website. ACTION NEEDED: None
