| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive sample result from routine sample collected 4/23/13. Spoke with Clint. He brought two repeat samples to the lab today as that was all the bottles he had. He will collect a source sample and one more repeat next Monday. He though the result ay have been due to not closely following proper sampling technique. ACTION NEEDED: Further action will be based on results of repeat samples. | ||
