| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewing violations - noted no correction on 41-94803. Thought operator had complied with taking the source water samples. She had not yet done so. DETAILS: No source samples taken due to the fact that the operator states the sample taps identified ran dry while she was flushing lines prior to taking sample. ACTION NEEDED: I will visit site on Monday to investigate. Need to identify if, in fact there are sample taps, there may not be. | ||
