| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeats + DETAILS: Luke called to make sure he did everything he needed to. All repeats came back +, TG sample was ND. He said he posted a notive he created that said do not drink the water. I sent him the templete for a + coliform. I also sent him the guidance document on how much chlorine to use to shock the system so he could see if he did it correctly. I recommended he take a special sample. I also reminded him to take the 5 temp routines next month from distribution. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
