| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform repeat DETAILS: All repeat sample positive for coliform. Public notice required to updated and posted and copy sent to Lane County. Spoke with Warren Weathers, they have shock chlorinated the well 3x in the past 2 weeks and it is not helping. Going to stop taking samples and begin saving money for a new UV light disinfections system or chlorine residual. A violation will be issued for temporary routine samples not submitted but treatment is looking like the only option at this point. Plan review is required for any type of treatment installed ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice. Send copy to Lane County. Plan review required for treatment prior to installation. | ||
