| Details: | Called and left a voicemail for Leah to let them know that a level 1 investigation has been generated for their water system. If the samples were submitted with negative results before January 2nd 2021, then the system could be returned to compliance. Otherwise, the system must complete a level 1 investigation before 2/5/2021. *12:54 p.m. - Leah called me back and told me that the samples could not be turned in over the holiday weekend and she was collecting the samples today to have them turned in. I informed her of the level 1 investigation that had been triggered and that we we would help her along the way if she had any questions moving forward. |
